The Turones, also known as Turonians and Turons are a Gallic people. It is most often translated by a Gaulish word whose root "Turo-" meaning "strong" or "Tullo-": the "inflated"
. They occupied the region of Touraine, mainly the department of Indre-et-Loire, part of the department of Indre and the northern fringe of the department of Vienne and part of
the Loire and Cher.
* To be a Turon is to defend your colors everywhere and always. It is the organization of animations in honor of the city and the club. (tifos, flags, songs ...)
* To be a Turon is to enforce the jersey by encouraging the players of the club and knowing to show those who pull it down voluntarily.
* To be a Turon is to defend your classmates and the group's reputation. And this despite the disagreements that may exist between members. The sky and black are our common
goal.
* To be a Turon is to fight against football business, against the commodification of supporters, against the abusive repression of the state by prohibiting certain movements and by
applying a policy of abusive stadium bans.

* The skull represents the immortality of the group through the ages. The Gallic warrior is a symbol of strength.
* The blue edging reminding our colors and finally the motto of the club to our image "Civitas Turonorum Libera" of Latin meaning: The free city of Tours.
This logo represents all these timeless values. A combative group, committed, and attached to its cultural heritage.
Our motto since 2012 is: Libre et Insoumis
